This web-based technology will connect Baywater with its client from the planning stages of constructing a custom home through the post closing maintenance activites for the home. This technology will allow Baywater to enable the client to monitor and make real-time decisions related to key aspects of constructing their luxury custom home.
Throughout the home building project, the builder and home buyer will be able to monitor detailed schedules related to the project, draw, and allowance activities concurrent with the home construction process. These schedules will keep both parties abreast of all the financial aspects of the homeproject, payment terms and allowance allotments, and provide real-time monitoring of all the home building aspects of the project. The client will be able to monitor these schedules on-line, and reminders will be emailed to the buyer for all key decisions relevant to the home project.
