As you know Judy and I could not be more pleased to have selected you as
our builder in Belfair. It was a stroke of very good fortune to come in
contact with you and to be able to work out a project that has had such a
satisfactory conclusion. Judy and I were worried that building "long
distance" would be unmanageable but your web site with its' frequent
progress updates turned the whole process around for us. As you must
remember we always were thrilled to see the next set of pictures as our home
unfolded. You may recall that we have built 5-6 houses over the years. I
believe we have always had high expectations of any builder but your
personal commitment to providing a timely, high quality custom home, under
budget and over delivered, was a true asset to our successful transition to
Belfair. Our home was finished in less than 9 months. I can't remember a
single promise that was not kept and when small challenges did appear, you
always offered a potential solution that kept us on track. At first, all the
allowances that you offered throughout the quotation process seemed
overwhelming but as the project unfolded we felt totally in control. Also
the fact that all the spending was always available on the website kept us
completely in sync on where we stood to our budget, an important plus to
your process. Finally the competence on your subcontractors was excellent
and for the most part Judy and I felt they listened and reacted to our needs
and suggestions.
Casey, I have gladly recommended you to several friends I had considering a
move to the Hilton Head area. I did so without any hesitation. Judy and I
often remarked that you were the first builder that truly cared about the
final product. Virtually every other builder we have had only cared about
receiving his final payment. You absolutely convinced us that you take real
pride and satisfaction in adding value to the process with expert guidance
and total on site management every single day. You were always reachable and
while I know you have several projects underway at all times, the level of
personal attention for our home was almost unbelievable.
I am sure I have never previously played golf with my builder on the day
before we closed out the project. Judy and I consider you and your family as
true friends today two years after our home was completed. You know you are
welcome to show it as an example of your skills and attention to detail
anytime. If we ever decide to build again in this same area, the job is
