The Landings

It is with great pleasure that we write this letter regarding our home building experience with Baywater Properties and Mr. Casey Ricks. Casey built a wonderful home for us at The Landings on Skidaway Island in 2003. His guidance and his patience were invaluable as we were first time home builders. At the time, we were still living in Atlanta, Georgia and working full time. Baywater's custom web site was really helpful so we could monitor progress on our home and communicate quite easily with Casey. The entire building process went very smoothly thanks to Casey. He delivered on time, on budget and kept us fully informed every step of the way. Casey provides the "WOW" factor; when one walks into a Baywater home, one says "WOW", the details, the woodwork, the floors, the windows, the bathrooms and the kitchen are all exceptional. We can only say "WOW". We are really pleased we selected Casey as our builder.
